Taylors Clematis:
Joe

The Clematis cartmanii Joe is a non clinging evergreen variety which produces masses of flower in the early spring, cartmanii Joe can be used to tumble down raised borders or as ground cover. We have shown Joe here tied into a obelisk growing out of a planter but the effect is fantastic, you can't count how many flowers there are on it. Some people tend to grow them coming out of reclamation chimney pots and cascading down the sides, tumbeling and falling onto the ground. Great effects can be created with these versitile clematis of which the cartmanii Joe is a perfect example. The flowers start to appear mid march and stay while May, then the evergreen foliage forms alot of interest for the rest of the year.
