Our courier service is operated for the UK shipments by a company called Parcelhub, we send out our clematis in boxes from here at the nursery in Doncaster every working day through them. Parcelhub will send you an email to let you know that your Box is on its way. However depending on where you live in the country will depend on which courier company that they use to get the consignment to your door. They use the top 5 couriers in the country to fulfil the deliveries (DPD/ FEDEX/ UPS/ YODEL/DHL/PARCELFORCE) so you will also get an email from 1 of these on the requested day(s) of your delivery with a time slot. Delivery times shown below are from despatch and not from placing order.
