I have a non-flowering hebe about 1 m high, 1.5 m spread in raised bed, and I’d like to grow a clematis through it. The aspect is east/south facing, with some afternoon shade, and the ground has a tendency to dryness. I don’t mind when it flowers or which colour. I’d be most grateful for your suggestions. Thank you.
Hi Diane, probably one of our boulevard collection ( or 2) would fo the job the best, see link below , as all our plants are 2 years old in 2 litre pots and fully hardy, it means that they are fully mature and can be planted at anytime of year, so the sooner they go in the better they will perform this same season.
