READY NOW. Officially launch at Chelsea on the 22nd May, Clematis Taiga, is a brand new clematis to our nursery this year, very interesting double flowers with unusual incurved tips to the central 'ruff'. flowering all summer this is set to be a winner :-) Clematis Taiga colour is sort of Blue/Purple with some subtle pink tones in there too, it also has interesting green tips on the ends of the sepals. It can be grown in a pot or planter just as easily as in the ground, so basically it will go anywhere. We have classed it as plant in 'Sun or part shade' however we would not recommend planting it in full shade all day -everyday. Be among the 1st in the country to own Clematis Taiga, and it will be a great talking point in your garden this summer !

Entered into the RHS Plant of the Year Competition at Cheslea this year, and although it did not win - it was still the 'Publics Favourite'

FAQs

Clematis

This question was asked by
- Dean

Hi , Iím looking to order the following Diamantina,
Florida Taiga. I have a garden trellis approx 12 inches in diameter in part shade.
Iím looking to plant 4 in total , two either side at the base of the trellis. Do you think that 2 would be sufficient ? And how deep they would need to be planted ?

Thanks

Dean

Hi Dean yes 2 of ours should be fine as they are already 2 years old and are good strong multi stemmed plants so will get on with the job as soon as they are planted (put the taiga on the side that gets the most sun)

hope this helps - links below
