The Clematis 'Twinkle Bell' is a new variety to us, this evergreen plant is ideal for a container or can be planted in the garden , Twinkle Bell is one of two evergreen clematis that flowers through the summer that we grow. The nodding yellow ' droplet ' style flowers that it has are quite unusual, they are not brittle or soft, they are very tough, thick and quite hard. Twinkle Bell prefers to be in a sun or part shade spot that does not get too much bad wind, and no pruning is required.
